I love eating healthy. It’s something I’ve taught myself how to do better over the years. As I’ve concentrated more on my physical health and strength, it has helped me to have better mental health, too. This helps me to be a better mom, wife, and business owner.
Avocados have gotten really popular over the past few years as people have realized they contain a lot of healthy fats and nutrients. I love incorporating them into my daily menu as much as possible. My kids are catching on to how delicious these fruits can be, too.
It starts with good bread. I like to use a thick cut, hearty bread for my avocado toast. You will want bread that can hold the toppings you put on top without getting soggy or breaking. Other bread types that are good for Avocado Toast are sourdough, artisan loaves, or multigrain bread.
Once you have your bread picked out, it’s time to talk about the toppings you will use. Of course, you will need ripe Avocados. Beyond that, the sky's the limit! I love to experiment with lots of different types of toppings on my avocado toast. Here are my top 5 avocado toast combinations.
